Reservation Agreement
LOST AND FOUND:
Recovery of lost items such as phones or luggage during or after the service is not guaranteed. All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Gratuity is appreciated but not included in the quoted fare.
PAYMENT POLICY:
A 50% deposit (or a specified amount) is required to reserve the service. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. The signed contract must be submitted within 24 hours of the reservation to A1limodc@gmail.com Final confirmation is contingent upon receipt of both the deposit and signed contract. Full payment is due three (3) business days prior to the scheduled trip.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to departure: 50% refund; 50% forfeited.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior: 50% of the fare charged.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior: full fare charged.
OVERTIME POLICY:
Overtime is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. Requests to extend trip hours must be made and confirmed at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure. A new reservation agreement must be signed and submitted to reflect updated timing and charges. If overtime is not allowed, the driver will adhere to the original schedule.
Overtime Charges (10–60 minutes):
• Sprinter: $200
• Cadillac Stretch Limo: $250
• SUV: $95
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Changes resulting in extra miles or hours will incur additional charges. For billing customers, these will be added to the invoice. Cash customers must pay any additional amounts on the day of service before the driver is released. Changes must be submitted 72 hours prior and are subject to availability.
LIABILITY FOR DELAYS:
The company is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, breakdowns, or conditions beyond its control.
EQUIPMENT:
Vehicles are inspected prior to service. In the event of mechanical failure, a replacement vehicle may be of a different type or style. The company is not liable for any delays or damages caused by such incidents or any electrical failure (e.g., radio, lighting, DVD, monitor).
BAGGAGE:
Items such as luggage, instruments, or sports equipment may be transported at no extra cost, within vehicle capacity. The company assumes no liability for lost or left-behind items.
OBJECTIONABLE PERSONS:
Service may be refused to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or whose conduct is deemed disruptive or unsafe.
DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT:
The chartering party is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle, including repair costs and loss of service time.
UNUSUAL CLEANING / SANITATION FEE:
A $250 fee will be charged for excessive cleaning, including but not limited to spilled drinks, vomit, trash, or bathroom misuse.
SMOKING FEE:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. A violation will result in a $650 smoking fee.
DRIVER-SERVICE HOURS:
In compliance with U.S. DOT regulations:
• A driver may drive up to 10 hours before needing 8 hours off-duty.
• A driver may be on-duty up to 15 hours (driving and non-driving combined).
• Itineraries for multi-day trips must be submitted at least 10 days prior to departure.
CLEANING POLICY:
Vehicles returned in an excessively dirty state (litter, spills, vomit, etc.) are subject to a $250 sanitation fee.
COMPANY RIGHTS:
The company reserves the right to cancel the reservation if operating conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
